Cancellation on Website by Customer
Customers can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched by calling our customer service. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent orders without notice.
Returns
At Alarsin, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure our Ayurvedic products reach you in perfect condition. Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we follow a strict no-return or exchange policy once an item is delivered. Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged, empty, or has wrong/missing items upon delivery.

Cancelled orders will be refunded within 7-10 days. For returns, once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7-10 days.
